For more than a decade the Hopkins Football Booster Club, a 501.c3 non-profit organization, has played a key role in supporting the development of Hopkins football players through value-based youth football programs and events. Our core values are:
- Player Safety - From helmets and cleats, tackling fundamentals, to how we talk and interact with one another, The Hopkins Boosters Club strives to create programs and events where players can learn to play football in a safe, age-appropriate way.
- Good Citizenship – Starting with our youth players we hold each of the accountable for following the “player code of conduct”. As players mature into the Hopkins High School program, they have the opportunity to participate in the coach lead C.R.E.E.D. (capability, respect, encouragement, energetic, development) leadership program. The C.R.E.E.D. leadership program is designed to prepare players to lead on and off the field with a championship mindset rooted in service, humility, and accountability connected inside and out to family, friends, and community.
- Community - Hopkins, Minnesota is a special place. It is a small piece of Americana that still believes in supporting youth sports, meeting under the "Friday night lights" to cheer on a local hero and coming together to support one another. Core to every program we support is the idea that #WeWill give back to those who give so much to support our programs through donations of time, treasure, and talent. Each year our players participate in activities that help bring the community together. From the Hopkins Raspberry Parade to donating time to helping those in need, our players bring the heart of a Hopkins Royal to everything they do.
I would like to personally invite you to join the Hopkins Football Booster Club and participate in supporting our players as they learn, play, and develop.
