Hopkins Football League Registration 2014

Starting this year, registration is ONLINE ONLY and MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE Equipment Pick-up.  Upon registering online, you will receive an email receipt THAT YOU MUST BRING TO EQUIPMENT PICK-UP before acquiring football gear.  You can print the receipt or show the receipt on your smart phone.  Unlike years past, there will not be a list of names or paper registrations at the shed.  There are no exceptions.  If you forget your registration please plan to come to another Equipment Pick-up.

We are continuing to provide a limited number of scholarships but you must email the Registrar.  hfldave@gmail.com  Please allow yourself plenty of time before Equipment Pick-up to get approval for a scholarship.  Scholarships will NOT be offered or processed by coaches or grade coordinators at Equipment Pick-up or practice.

The Hopkins Football League is an entirely volunteer driven youth tackle football league serving kids in grades 3 through 8.  Your child does not have to attend Hopkins School District 270 to participate. Each year we have approximately 300 players participating on more than 15 teams. HFL teams participate in the Lake Minnetonka Athletic Association and play games against other area teams from Minnetonka, Wayzata, Mound, Orono, St. Louis Park, Maple Grove and Armstrong/Cooper. The HFL seeks to promote the growth and development of our players in a fun, safe and competitive environment that maximizes participation and improves players' skills while developing sportsmanship, teamwork, and self-confidence. The HFL season begins with practices in mid-August followed by a game schedule that begins right after school starts and concludes in mid-October at the beginning of MEA week.
